Monday 10: Today I put all the materials on the building, it's now a concrete and wood building. I love that combo, I stole it from Louis Kahn's Exeter library. Putting all the material is a tedious task, there's a lot going on and I probably forgot to add materials to some arts of the building. If I did then it means it was really small parts so it shouldn't be visible. When adding the material I did notice that one of my recent changes to the building meant that the stairs to the upper bedrooms now went through the entrance to the terraces and kitchen. I was obviously not pleased to see that, it took me quite a while to rectify. Note to myself, any unplanned changes often comes back to bite.
Tuesday 11: Today I got the blog up to date, there was a lot missing at the moment. So I made those blog post, they were about the making of the final outcome, the material and a paper model I had made. That took me the whole day, I don't know why but I seem to take an eternity making these blog posts, you think wow a whole day for just fourteen minutes of blog. In anyway I enjoy making these blog posts so I don't mind taking a day on them. It's all for the good of the project.

Wednesday 12: In school today, the focus today was on the valuation, so we went over a powerpoint on that, what needed to be on and all that. 1000 words, 1100 actually with the 10% of lea way. I imagine I'll be doing 1100 words. I was conservative in my imagination, my first draft ended up being just under 2000 words . I really do ramble I guess. Be more succinct as my english teacher would say. So now I had the task of deleting these extra 900 words. I shaved a good bit down very easily, just by changing how I wrote, I tend to be very wordy, add words that don't need to be there I've probably done it all over the blog, even more in these journal I imagine. So I read my sentences, with the key word of the day succinct in mind. No longer were there "I personally", "very" "really" or ands after a commas. Finished that published it , the cover is from a scene of Inherent Vice, we want less words, but I wouldn't mind more pancakes. I also started modelling the terrace and kitchen/living.

Thursday 13: Got to school, today the task for me in school was getting feedback and making a blog post about it. Feedback is an important part of the project so I need to clearly evidence it. I complied all the feedback I got over the the course of the project, the one I remembered at least. At the end I was surprised with how much the feedback there was, and I think that blog post shows a good variety of feedback enough to meet the criteria I'm hoping.
Friday 14: Final day, gotta be efficient today. I have more work to do at this point than I'd like. So I got to school , got my head down, put my headphones on, I needed the Commodores to get me through this last stretch. Modelled the large room and launderette, now I have all the rooms modelled. Took screenshots of all the rooms, screen-recordings for the moving door and panels, and compiled all of that in a blog post. Then a blog post on the final outcome and my final thoughts. Lastly was this weeks Journal post. It's a Friday this time around and I'm currently writing it, currently also saying in my head what I'm writing down. This it it then.
