
Model 3 is another low design, although I suppose you could repeat it vertically as well, but it would not look that great I don't think. When building this one, the limitations that came with the Legos did change the design a bit, but in this case I think it was for the better, I prefer the model to the original drawing. You no longer have a honeycomb shape from the top, and the room's windows are a lot more slanted which at first may seem like something bad at first but I don't see it as that.


This is one of my favourite design idea, and modelling it reinforced that. Out of the five models this is one that excites me, and one that I would like to develop further maybe, I don't know if it's the one I'll chose, but it is definitely one I am considering. It kind of looks like an insect a bit, a creepy crawly, it reminds me of Archigram's walking city a bit, it's definitely a more uncommon, unrestricted design for me. In terms of the very slanted windows, they would actually open up so that they make a balcony type of thing so the space isn't completely wasted. I didn't explain that very well but I have a video showcasing what I mean.
