One of the final things to do was to furbish the rooms, because a the moment it's a lot of empty boxes. So that's what I did. I didn't leave myself enough time for this so I had to waltz through it and used other people's model of furniture. Ideally I would've model the majority of the furniture myself, so there was unison, ad the same theme behind the design of everything. I did however model the full heighted shelving unit for both of the small and big room. In terms of the furniture I put in, it might not be the most realistic, in the living room you have a Sydney sofa, in the smaller bedrooms you have the Eames lounge chair and in the larger bedroom you have the Xavier desk and a Togo from Ligne Roset. You wouldn't have that in student accommodation at least not part of the provided furniture. I put those in to save time, their beautiful pieces of furniture, so that saved me the time of finding good furniture in the never ending pool of designs in Sketchup. But that makes the room's design a bit weaker I think. It's easier to take staple pieces of furniture rather than having to research what type of furniture is best suited for student accommodation. I would've preferred to do that but I simply fell short on time. All the pictures of the rooms unfortunately will be the rooms by themselves, never put in the building, I tried but the computer's fans roaring made me understand the computer wasn't a fan of that idea. Ultimately that means I won't have pictures of the real final model.
